Our Standard Sensors

MagneTech’s MTTA Series Magnetic Tape Tracking Sensors provide precise lateral tracking for AGVs, robotics, and automated guidance systems. Each model offers a 0–10V analog output with a PNP digital “Tape Detect” signal, wide sensing gaps, low-field detection, and sealed housings for durability. Options include compact plastic flange-mount models (M3X2-MTTA-LCCB2, LCCB5F), a bottom-sensing cable version (M3X2BB-MTTA-RCSA5), and a rugged aluminum housing with load dump protection (ABM3B-MTTA-LCCB2). Designed for industrial reliability, the MTTA Series integrates easily into automated systems requiring dependable magnetic path tracking.

M3X2 housing option

Housed in a 3x2x1" plastic flange-mount enclosure, it is pot-sealed for durability and offers wide gap sensing. The M3X2-LCCB2 is ideal for regulated input applications and integrates via a panel-mount 4-pin male M12 connector.

AMB3B housing option

The ABM3B-MTTA-LCCB2 is a rugged, high-precision magnetic tape tracking sensor built with a black aluminum flange-mount housing. Features an integral 4-pin male M12 connector

ABM3B-MTTA-LCCB2

MTTA with M3X2 housing

This sensor is similar to the LCCB2 variant but features a 5-pin female M12 connector for more complex integrations. It comes standard is housed in the same compact, sealed plastic 3x2x1" enclosure.

M3X2-MTTA-LCCB5F

Free end wire option

The M3X2BB-RCSA5 model is designed for bottom-sensing applications and features a 5-foot shielded cable instead of a connector, enabling flexible wiring.
